Mellons Are Sweet
Well the Mellons have had a very tiring 4 days, that’s for sure. What, with their father/brother-in-law dying, moving into a new house, and finding their soulmates within 2 days. Well here’s the story of how they did it.
As soon as Brandon got home from work as a lobbyist, he knew his time had come. His daughter and brother-in-law were both at work so they weren’t around to see him pass, but he left a headstone behind for them to remember him by. (Although not the pretty marble ones!)
Note: I realized that Spencer is actually not Lianna’s brother. I was confused the last time I updated on the Mellons and had his birthday in the wrong order. He’s older than Lianna, a LOT older. He only had 5 days left until he’s an elder. I really wanted a kid from Spencer, so, that night I had them go to the community lot and meet some people.
Lianna went with her uncle to Paloma Center the afternoon of her father’s death. She was so upset about losing her father, and really couldn’t concentrate on being nice ans meeting people. As she waited for Spencer to finish flirting with Andrea, she couldn’t help but kick the gnome that was sitting right next to the sidewalk.
She accidently knocked it over so she hurried and stood it back up before no one saw her.
Spencer lucked out at the Center and brought his newfound friend, Jan Tellerman, home with him. They talked for hours outside of his house. They didn’t go inside because they were avoiding Lianna, who was in deep depression from her father’s death. The two hit it off really well and sooner than later…..
…….They had their first kiss! Spencer was eager to start a fmaily, since he was so old, he knew he didn’t have much time to do it. So, as soon as he felt comfortable, he asked Jan to move in with him and Lianna. He knew he was moving fast, but he was so anxious and something told him that it would work out. Obviously, Jan did too because she accepted without hesitation. By the end of the day, they were so happy with each other, they ended up bringing on the new generation of Mellons! (hehe)
Jan decided that a new life deserved a new look. She took her hair down, cut it, and died it a paler blonde.
And after Lianna saw what Jan did, she was inspired to do the same. She cut her hair and bought a new brown hat.
